This policy explains what information Gyren Store collects when you use gyren.store or our Telegram bot, and how it's used.
What we collect
- Account details: your email address if you sign in on the website, or your Telegram ID, name and username if you use our bot.
- Order details: what you bought, prices, payment method, order status and our messages with you.
- Details you give for delivery: such as a player ID, or account details needed to activate a product. Account details are stored encrypted and only used to complete your order.
- Payment receipts: pictures you upload to confirm a payment.
- Technical data: your IP address and browser information, used for security, such as limiting sign-in attempts.
Cookies
- Cookies that keep you signed in and remember your language, currency and cart.
- A cookie that remembers which link or ad brought you to the store, kept for 30 days, so we can see which of our posts and ads work.
- When we advertise, measurement tools from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google may record visits and purchases, so the ads can be measured. Their own privacy policies apply to that data.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders.
- To send you messages about your orders, your sign-in codes and replies to your questions.
- To prevent fraud and keep accounts secure.
- To understand and improve the store and our advertising.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your information. We share only what's needed with services that help us run the store: payment providers, our suppliers (for example a player ID needed for a top-up), our hosting and email providers, and, when we advertise, Meta and Google for ad measurement.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as they're needed for support, security and our records. You can ask us to delete your account and personal data, unless we must keep certain records, for example to prevent fraud.
Your choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or delete it, by emailing [email protected]. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser; some parts of the store, such as signing in and the cart, need them.
