These terms apply when you use gyren.store or our Telegram bot and when you place an order. By placing an order, you agree to them.
1. What we sell
We sell digital products: codes, keys, gift cards, top-ups to a game or account, and subscriptions. Each product page describes what you get, how it's delivered and any limits such as platform or region. Please read it before buying.
2. Prices and payment
- Prices are set in US dollars. Amounts in other currencies are shown for convenience; the exact amount to pay is shown on your order page.
- You pay with one of the methods offered at checkout. An unpaid order is cancelled automatically when its payment time runs out.
- An order is confirmed once we have checked your payment. We may ask for a payment receipt.
3. Delivery
- After your payment is confirmed, we prepare your order and deliver it on your order page, and by email or Telegram.
- Most orders are delivered quickly, but some take longer, for example when a product must be bought from our supplier or activated on your account.
- You're responsible for giving correct details, such as your email, player ID or account. A top-up sent to the ID or account you gave can't be reversed.
- Keep your codes private. Anyone who has a code can use it.
4. Refunds
Refunds follow our refund policy.
5. Your wallet
Your Gyren wallet balance (from top-ups, refunds or rewards) can be used to pay for orders in the store. Wallet transfers between customers follow the limits shown in your wallet.
6. Fair use
- Don't use the store for fraud, with payment methods that aren't yours, or to break the rules of the games and platforms you buy for.
- We may refuse or cancel an order, or limit an account, if we suspect fraud or misuse. If a paid order is cancelled for this reason, the amount is refunded unless the law or a payment provider requires otherwise.
- How you use a product after delivery is also subject to the rules of its publisher or platform.
7. Brands
Game, platform and brand names belong to their owners. Gyren Store is an independent reseller and isn't affiliated with or endorsed by them.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; orders follow the terms in place when they were placed.
